  1. Combine rice, yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, curry powder and salt.
  2. Pare orange. Remove sections by cutting close to membrane.
  3. Gently fold into rice mixture with banana, Raisins and celery; chill.
  4. Serve on salad greens, if desired. Top with peanuts.
