Sunday Potatoes
3 potatoes, sliced Salt and pepper 2 T. onion soup, dry 1 stick butter
Butter a medium casserole and layer potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and onion soup. Slice on top 1 stick butter. Cover and bake in 325 oven for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings Source: Calf Fries to Caviar
