  1. Combine the sour cream, lime juice, sugar substitute, and lime zest in a small bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Alternate the fruit on four skewers.
  4. Arrange on a platter.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for up to an hour.
  6. To serve, spoon a puddle of the lime cream on a dessert plate.
  7. Top with a fruit skewer and serve.
