- 100 g eggplant
- 100 g potatoes
- 100 g cauliflower
- 100 g onions
Batter[]
- 200 g gram flour
- 5 g red chilli powder
- 5 g turmeric
- 3 g crushed cumin
- 2 g soda bi-carb
- oil for deep frying
- chaat masala
- salt
- water
Directions[]
- Cut all the vegetables into thin slices.
- Make a thick batter with water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carb.
- Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
