Stuffed Pork Flank

  1. Slit the flank with a sharp knife (like making a pocket ).
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Stuff the flank with this mixture and sew it up.
  4. Roast the flank in a medium to hot oven for 2hours or steam for 1 hour 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with thick sauce.
