In Romanian: Oua umplute cu Pasta de peste
- Hard boil the eggs and let cool.
- Shell and cut them in two lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mix with the oil poured drop by drop.
- Add the fish paste and mix.
- Then add the mustard.
- Fill the whites and arrange on a plate.
- On each egg half place half an olive cut to make a flower.
- Decorate the plate with some lettuce leaves.
