This recipe is good to serve with a frozen margarita or a bottle of Corona.
- 2 California avocados
- ½ Pound small shrimps
- ½ Cup of chopped white onions
- 2 Tbsp of mayonaise
- 1 Tbsp of ketchup
- ½ lime
- 1 cilantro leaf
- ¼ Cup of Shrimp broth
Cook the shrimps in hot water for five minutes (Save the Broth).
After all is mixed, add the mayonaise and the ketchup.
Add one or two tablespoons of the broth and some drops of lime.
Cut the avocados in halves, take the seed out.
Now you are ready to stuff the avocados and serve them with some saltine cookies.
