  1. Cook onions, celery and pork in oil until vegetables are tender crisp. Do not overcook.
  2. Add rice and water chestnuts.
  3. Combine pepper, egg and soy sauce.
  4. Stir into rice mixture. Cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes or until heated.
