  1. Sprinkle meat with paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook Beef and Onion in oil over high heat 3 to 5 minutes in large skillet, stirring. Remove meat; set aside.
  3. Blend broth, wine, and cornstarch. Add to skillet.
  4. Cook, stirring, until clear and thickened. Stir peppers and reserved meat into skillet.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes, or until peppers are tender crisp.
  6. Serve over fluffy rice.
