  1. Combine peanut sauce and water; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add asparagus and shrimp; cook 4 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
  4. Add peanut sauce mixture; mix well.
  5. Add rice; cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve with chopped peanuts
