- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Spinich Pizza Toppings
- 1/2 lb vegetarian ground Beef
- 8 ounces pizza sauce
- 10 ounces frozen spinach
- 1 cup fresh Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups part-skim mozzarella Cheese

Prepare the crust, then toppings, arrange spinich on the crust and bake for 15 minutes.
