This is an excellent recipe for a cook out or to take to a pot luck. Everyone always likes it. It is simple and very good.
- 1 bag of baby spinach leaves
- 1 can of mandarin oranges
- 2 ripe California avocados
- 1 pkg. of sliced almonds
- 1 bottle of raspberry Vinaigarette Dressing
Slice two ripe California avocados lengthwise in strips across the top of the salad.
Sprinkle sliced almonds across the top.
Then serve with raspberry Vinaigarette Dressing.
So easy, but so good.
