  1. Cut meat.
  2. Put in saucepan with two cups of water, salt, onion and pepper.
  3. Bring to boil and add palm oil.
  4. Continue cooking partly covered.
  5. Cook for 1½ hours over medium heat.
  6. Add spinach (previously thawed and drained), flaked fish and groundnut paste mixed with water.
  7. Stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with steamed rice.
