Spicy Sweet Pecans
2 T. brown sugar 2 T. orange juice concentrate 1 1/2 T. butter or margarine 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. chili powder 1/4 t. ground black pepper 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet, cook brown sugar, orange juice concentrate, butter, salt, chili powder and pepper over medium high heat, stirring until brown sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in chopped pecans. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until toasted. Cool and store in an airtight container. Makes 1 1/2 cups pecans.
