Spicy Sausage Skillet Breakfast
Makes 6 to 8 servings
2 bags Success� White or Success� Brown Rice 1 lb bulk turkey sausage 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained 1 tbsp chili powder 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded reduced-calorie Monterey Jack cheese
Prepare rice according to package directions. Crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook until lightly browned. Stir occasionally to break up sausage. Drain. Add onion. Cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, chili powder and rice. Simmer 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
