  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add scallops, green beans, red pepper, onion, crushed red pepper and salt.
  3. Cook 5 minutes or until scallops are tender.
  4. Add cooked rice and saffron; heat thoroughly.
