Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups Sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 can pumpkin
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cloves
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2/3 cup water

Directions

1. Mix Sugar, oil and eggs together.
2. Add pumpkin.
3. Add dry ingredients and finally water.
4. Stir until mixed.
5. Add nuts if desired.
6. Pour into 2 greased and floured pans.
7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
