  • BREAD CRUMS (1/2 BOWL)
  • BOILED & PEALED POTATOTES (3 NOS.)
  • CHOPPED CORRIANDER LEAVES
  • CHOPPED onions (2 NOS.)
  • CHOPPED tomatoes (2 NOS.)
  • GREEN CHILLIES (4 NOS. CHOPPED)
  • capsicum CHOPPED (4 NOS.)
  • salt TO TASTE
  • RED chilli POWDER (1/2 TSP)
  • jeera (WHOLE 1 PINT)
  • oil TO DEEP FRY THE ROLLS

  1. MAKE A MIXTURE THE BOILED potatoes, CORRIANDER LEAVES, CHOPPED onions, CHOPPED tomatoes, GREEN CHILLIES, CHOPPED capsicum, salt, RED chilli POWDER & jeera
  2. MAKE ROLLS OF THE MIXTURE & COVER WITH THE BREAD CRUMS
  3. AFTER THAT DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. SERVE HOT WITH ketchup!
