Sparkling Marshmallows
1 pkg. (3 oz) lime gelatin Green food coloring 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3 oz) Red food coloring 36 marshmallows 1 egg white, beaten until foamy
In a small bowl, mix dry lime gelatin with enough green coloring to make a rich green. In another small bowl, do the same with strawberry gelatin and red coloring. Brush marshmallows lightly on all side with egg white. Roll 18 in red sugar mixture and 18 in green sugar mixture. Place on waxed paper and let stand several hours or until dry. Source: Unknown
