- 1/2 lb Manchego cheese
- 1/2 lb Cabrales Blue Cheese
- 1/2 lb Mahon cheese
- 4 x celery ribs halved lengthwise,
- then cut into 4" sticks
- 1 lb Spanish green olives
Arrange crackers, cheeses, celery sticks and a dish of on a cutting board or large serving platter and set out for snacking as dinner cooks. This recipe yields 8 servings.
