Serve the sauce on top of spaghetti hot.
- 400 g spaghetti
- 25 gtomato paste
- ½ lt water
- 400 g tomatoes chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 100 g anchovy
- olive oil
- 150 g onions
- few black olives
- 1 tbsp dry basil
- Peel and chop tomatoes,wash anchovy in vinegar, finely chop onions and garlic,heat oil and fry onions and garlic till golden brown.
- Add anchovy, add , after a while add tomatoes paste.
- Add water and bring to boil.
- Add basil and salt and pepper and simmer on low flam, in a deep pan boil the spaghetti till al dente.
