spaghetti Aglio
- 1 Cup olive oil or Half oil, Half butter
- 8 or More Cloves Fresh garlic, Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Minced parsley
- 1/2 T. basil
Pinch red pepper flakes
pepper to Taste
- 1 Lb. spaghetti
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oil in Skillet Over Low Heat. Saut? garlic Just Until it Colors. Don't Brown. Add Herbs And Spices, salt, pepper, Blend Well And Heat Through. Meanwhile, Cook And Drain spaghetti. Add Sauce And Toss. Top With Grated Cheese if Desired. Variation: 8 Medium Mushrooms, Sliced, When Adding Herbs And Spices.
