Soybean Casserole
� C diced salt pork
2 C diced celery
2 T chopped onion
2 T chopped green pepper
6 T flour
1 T salt
2 C milk
2 C chopped cooked soybeans
1 C buttered bread crumbs
� t paprika
Fry salt pork in skillet. Saut� celery, onion and green pepper in pork drippings. Blend in flour and salt; add milk slowly. Cook to a boil, stirring constantly. Add beans; mix well. Turn into casserole. Cover with bread crumbs; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350� for 30 minutes.
