Soy Marinade

1/2 cup lemon juice from concentrate (RealLemon) 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 T. ketchup 3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/4 t. pepper Beef, pork or poultry

In small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Pour over beef, pork, or poultry. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Turn occasionally. Remove meat from marinade. Grill or broil as desired. Makes about 1 1/2 cups Source: Borden, Inc.
