Hi, I adapted this recipe from Weight Watchers and I love these cookies.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Cream together margarine, oil, and brown sugar.
  3. Add vanilla, salt and egg white and mix together.
  4. Mix together flour and baking soda.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Add chocolate chips and stir.
  7. Drop rounded half-teaspoon of dough onto a nonstick baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until finished, then cool on a wire rack.
