- 12 French rolls, split
- Curly leaf lettuce as needed
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 12 boneless Chicken breasts, skinned and grilled
- 4 California avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
- 1 ½ Cups salsa
Garnish with fresh fruit. May be served warm or cold.
Marinate Chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for 3–4 hours in refrigerator before grilling.
