- 2 – 3 cups fresh chopped ham
- 1 cup Pace salsa
- 1 cup chopped onions
- ½ cup jalapenos (or to taste)
- Coat ham in salsa, simmer in skillet with onions until salsa cooks into ham, and onions are golden brown.
- Drain jalapenos, then add to ham.
- Stir together, then steam tortilla until soft, then add fixings and enjoy!.
