• Strudel dough,
• butter for the pan, confectioner's sugar with vanilla flavor;

Filling:

• 2 lbs/1 kg pitted sour cherries,
• 1 lb/500 g Sugar,
• 2 tablespoons butter for greasing the

1. Prepare the same way as Cottage cheese pie, replacing the cottage cheese filling with pitted sour cherries that have been sprinkled with Sugar.
2. After the pie is done, cut into squares and sprinkle with vanilla flavored confectioner's sugar.
