In Romanian: Bors cu perisoare
- 2 qts / 2 l water
- ½ qt / 0,5 l Borş
- 1 lb / 500 g tomatoes
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small parsley root
- 1 onion
- chopped parsley and dill
Meat balls Edit
- Set to boil, finely chopped onion, carrot, and parsley root together with the beef bones.
- Let boil well, and then add the separately boiled borş, salt, chopped greens and the separately boiled and strained tomatoes.
- Let boil for a few minutes and then add the meat balls prepared by mixing the ground meat with the salt, pepper, egg, fried onion and rice.
- Let the meat balls boil.
- You may serve with a tablespoon of sour cream in each bowl.
