  1. Heat the oil in a pot and add the , garlic and salt.
  2. Stir and add the salt and the herbs.
  3. Add the water and the squash.
  4. Bring to a boil and leave at medium heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the potatoes, then in 5 minutes add the noodles.
  6. Stir regularly to avoid excessive sticking.
  7. Adjust salt to taste.
  8. When the noodles are tender remove from heat.
  9. Toast the bread until light golden brown.
  10. Serve.
