Vermicelli soup

  1. Heat fat or oil in skillet.
  2. Add noodles, fry until light brown.
  3. Remove.
  4. In same fat, saute onions until soft.
  5. Add tomato puree and cook for 2 to 3 minute.
  6. Stir constantly.
  7. Simmer puree, noodles and broth in large pan until noodles are tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
