Snow Peas with Grand Marnier

1 cup water 1 t. sugar three pkgs. frozen snow peas (10 oz. each) One can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained 1/4 cup Grand Marnier 5 T. butter 1 T. chopped fresh mint or 1 1/2 t. dried mint 1 t. salt

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add the sugar. Drop in the snow peas and cook until barely tender, drain and return to pan. Add the water chestnuts, Grand Marnier, butter, mint and salt. Cook over medium low heat until heated through. Serves 8 Source: The Lady and Sons
