This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Mclean Estate in Irving, Texas in 1982.

Crust Edit

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine ingredients and press into a buttered glass pie pan and bake 5 minutes.
  3. Cook on rack.

Fudge layer Edit

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into medium bowl.
  2. Combine butter and chocolates in a double boiler and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Cool slightly then using an electric mixer beat sugar, egg and egg yolk in a medium bowl until slightly thickened.
  4. Add vanilla and cooled chocolate mixture and mix until well blended.
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour into crust and bake 17 minutes then cool on rack for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut up snicker bars and place on fudge layer.

Cream cheese layer Edit

  1. With an electric mixer combine cheese and sugar then add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  2. Spread mixture over snicker's and bake for 15 minutes then cool on rack.
  3. Melt 2 ounce milk chocolate and 2 tbsp whipping cream to drizzle on top.
  4. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
