- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed.
- 1 fryer, cut up - or pieces of your choice
