Skillet Gravy

2 T. flour 2 T. natural drippings 1 cup liquid (water, milk, meat juice or broth) Salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet, blend flour into drippings. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in liquid; heat to boiling. Stir constantly. Boil and stir 1 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 1 cup Source: My Old Recipes
