  1. Halve tomatoes lengthwise.
  2. Heat in a heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add oil, heat 1 minute.
  4. Add tomatoes, cut side down.
  5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly browned.
  6. Turn tomatoes over.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
  8. Cook 1 minute.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. Hot: tomatoes may be served uncooked, drizzle oil over tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs, slat and pepper.
