Delight yourself and your guests with this delicious apple dessert made with tart Granny Smiths, fused with the sweet natural flavor of stevia, and candied with cinnamon sprinkling. This apple cinnamon dish is a healthier alternative to sugar-based desserts and is just as mouthwatering!
• 4 large Granny Smith apples*
• 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• 1/2 tsp. stevia extract**
Peel and core apples. Cut into ¼" slices. Mix apples and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Over medium heat, melt butter in a 12" frying pan. Add stevia and mix well. Add apple slices and raise heat to medium-high. Cook for 2 minutes covered. Uncover, stirring occasionally with large spoon, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Place apples on dessert plates and indulge. Serve immediately.

**This stevia amount listed is the minimum to use in the recipe. Since your sweetness preference and brand used may vary, you may want to add up to 3/4 tsp. stevia extract.
