Shrimp and Crab Quiche
1 can shrimp (wash and drain) 7.5 oz 1 can crabmeat, (wash and drain) 7.5 oz 1/3 cup chopped green onion 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated 2 T. flour 1 deep dish pie crust, unbaked 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 cup mayonnaise (regular) Dash salt, pepper and garlic powder
Place first 5 ingredients in plastic bag. Shake to coat shrimp and crab with flour. Then put into pie crust. Mix next 3 ingredient and seasonings. Beat with wire whisk and pour over shrimp mixture in pie shell. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Serve with fresh fruit or green salad. Serves 6 Source: Unknown
