This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Manes Estate in Venus, Texas in 1981.

Ingredients Edit

• 1 pound cooked peeled shrimp
• 1 jar Ranchero salsa
• 2 avocados peeled cut and diced
• pico de gallo

Directions Edit

1. Mix together shrimp and salsa.
2. Spoon mixture into individual small plastic shot glasses.
3. Garnish with pico and a slice of avocado.
4. Toss into mouth like a shot.
