Sish Kebab

A dish consisting of small chunks of meat, poultry, or fish, which are threaded onto skewers and then grilled or broiled. The meat is often marinated first and then pushed onto the skewers, alternating the chunks with pieces of vegetables. From the middle eastern tradition of kebabs.
