• 3 large Ripe tomatoes, diced
• 2 small Cucumbers, sliced
• 1 small Onion, diced
• 3 Green Onions, minced
• 1 large Green Bell Pepper, diced
• 1 Hot green chili, minced
• 1 cup Chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
• Salt
• Oil & lemon dressing

1. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add the dressing & vinegar & mix well.
