- 4-5 pialas of flour
- 1,5 pialas of sour or unboiled milk
- 2 table-spoons of melted butter
- 2 table-spoons of sour cream
- 20-30 g of yeasts
- 0,5 of a piala of water
- a tea-spoon of Sugar
- 2 pialas of oil.
- Dough is made as for baursaks , twisted in plaits, cut in pieces 3–5 cm each and fried in hot oil to a golden colour.
