Shakshukat beed iskandarani

This delicacy of Alexandria is made by dropping shelled whole eggs into tomato, onion gravy done in oil and cooked till hard. It quite like the egg curry prepared by 'on-the-run' Indian working women but the difference here is, served as a whole dish, eggs topped with gravy.
