  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium flame.
  2. When hot put in the mustard seeds.
  3. As soon as they begin to pop add the garlic/ginger and stir until lightly brown.
  4. Add the crushed red chili and stir for a few seconds.
  5. Add the green beans, salt and sweet coconut.
  6. Stir to mix.
  7. Turn heat to medium / low.
  8. Add ½ cup water.
  9. Stir and cover the beans for 7 – 8 minutes until they have absorbed the spiced flavors.
  10. Add the black pepper, mix and serve.
