Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.
- 150 Gram(s) white sesame seed paste
- 50 Gram(s) kudzu powder
- 1 Pinch(s) salt
- 560 Milliliter(s) water
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Wasabi
Add the sesame paste and mix.
At medium heat, constantly mix with a wooden spatula until mixture thickens. Lower heat. Continue cooking and mixing until "shiny".
Pour into a square pan.
Let it cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares and server with a small amount of Wasabi on top.
Note: Kudzu becomes hard once it is put in the refrigerator, it is advised to leave it at room temperature.
