Sesame Chicken Serves 6 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon sea salt dash freshly ground black pepper 4 tablespoons butter 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves Preheat oven to 400�F. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together bread crumbs, sesame seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or margarine, then remove from heat. Dip the chicken in melted butter and roll in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken pieces on a lightly oiled or oil-sprayed baking pan, arranging pieces so they don't touch; use two pans if needed. Bake for 30�35 minutes or until the juices in the meat run clear when checked with a knife.
