Ingredients Edit

• 1 lb. cottage cheese
• 6 eggs
• 1/4 lb. butter
• 1/2 lb. yellow Cheddar
• 6 Tbs. flour
• 1 pkg. fresh spinach, cooked & drained

Directions Edit

In a large bowl, combine all ingredient; mix well.
Pour into a well greased baking dish and cook for 1 hour or until just heat through.
