- 1 ea Herring boned & skinned - cut into 1" diagonal pcs.
- 1/3 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 ts Sugar
- 2 ts Dried dill chopped
- 2 tb dill fresh & chopped fine
[edit] Directions
Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and pour the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
