  1. 1 ea Herring boned & skinned - cut into 1" diagonal pcs.
  2. 1/3 c red wine vinegar
  3. 1/2 c olive oil
  4. 2 ts Sugar
  5. 2 ts Dried dill chopped
  6. 2 tb dill fresh & chopped fine

[edit] Directions

Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and pour the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
