  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter and add flour.
  2. Stir constantly for 1 minute over low heat.
  3. Add milk gradually and stir until mixture thickens.
  4. Add cream cheese, a little at a time, stirring with a whisk.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Cook no more and 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
  7. Serve over rice or toast points.
