Scented vinegar Toner

1 t. dried or 1 T. fresh herbs or flower petals 1/3 cup cider vinegar

Place the herbs or flowers into a bottle. Cover with the vinegar. Seal and set aside for about 10 days, until the vinegar is perfumed. Strain the vinegar into a bowl, then pour it into another bottle. If you want a stronger fragrance, add fresh herbs or petals and leave for another 10 days, then strain. Store in a cool dark place. To use, dilute 1 T. of the scented vinegar with 1/2 cup distilled or boiled water. Splash liberally on the face as required. Makes about 1/3 cup. source: Unknown
